Payments

• By default, payment is made upon delivery (cash on delivery). If you prefer to pay via bank transfer or PayPal, please contact us directly before placing your order to arrange alternative payment methods.

• Payment will be collected when you receive your order.

• For prepayment options, your order will be processed once payment is confirmed. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed or shipped.

• Prices are displayed in MAD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

• We currently ship to Morocco and selected regions only.

• Orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped via trusted courier services.

• Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees levied by local authorities.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs or third-party carriers.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
